Rye Sourdough Cottage
The signature Krol loaf. A soft sourdough made from a 75-year-old starter. A blend of white, wholemeal and 5% rye flours. Makes a rustic table centrepiece to share with all the family or perfect with a warm winter soup.

Sourdough Fruitloaf
The “famous” Krol Fruitloaf, first made in Australia in 1982. A rye sourdough with 80% fruit content: apricots, dates, sultanas and currants. A sprinkling of Dutch cinnamonand crowned with poppy seeds.
